Terms of Sale & Ordering Instructions
All items are guaranteed original and as described. Our writing instruments have been professionally serviced and are warranted to be in good working condition unless specifically noted otherwise. Old rubber sacs and cork seals are replaced, and each pen is dip-tested. Ballpoints and rollerballs may need new refills; pencils may need fresh erasers. We stand behind what we sell -- buy with confidence!
Sold items we remove from the catalogue promptly. If you like to keep a record of a description or enlarged photograph, it will be easiest to make a copy at the time you place your order.
Ordering Information:
All prices are in Euros. Payment may be made by Paypal, or interbank transfer. Minimum order amount is 20 Euro. International transfers may also be subject to additional bank fees.
Orders can be made in this time only by email. When ordering please fill out this form completely! This information will be later used for the shipping address.
The email order system does not automatically check availability. After placing your online order, we will send you a personal email confirmation. Your order confirmation may not arrive immediately, but will done as soon as possible (patience, please!) and pens will always go to those who reserve them first.
Shipping Information:
We ship daily via German DHL . All packages will be sent as uninsured but by registered airmail. The tracking number will be send to the buyer. We will not falsify or alter customs documentation in any way. Buyers outside of Germany are responsible for paying any and all tariffs or import tax.
Shipping costs for one pen/pencil/ballpoint etc. are the same
Worldwide = 12.00 Euro.
Return Policy:
Due to the fact that all vintage writing instruments are mostly pre-owned, these items are not returnable.
