Two narrow cap bands. Clip with "Big Ben" imprint. On the piston blind cap imprint reads "1 EF". Ink window partially amber-transparent. Telescopic piston, works counterclockwise system: piston knob must be turn counterclockwise to fill the pen. There are normaly signs of use. Some wear to the gold plated parts. No cracks. Piston works well. It has 14 Ct. gold nib, extra fine, number 1. New cork seal.
